Carnitine

Carnitine is the most widely used supplement for weight and fat loss. This substance, made up of amino acids, transports fat molecules to the tissues so that they can be converted into energy! Carnitine therefore plays an essential role in the oxidation of fats and the supply of energy.

L-carnitine is composed of two essential amino acids, lysine and methionine.

CLA

Being a compound of omega-6 fatty acids, CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) is a polyunsaturated essential fatty acid that must be ingested daily through the diet or through dietary supplements.

Clinical studies have shown that CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) helps to burn fat in the body, while stimulating the building of muscle mass; something to consider for sports athletes and bodybuilders.

In addition, it stimulates the immune system, prevents hardening of the arteries and increases physical performance and stamina, making this fatty acid a super natural product for health.
