Refund policy

RETURNS

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return for a damaged or defective item.

If more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or process a return request.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • The product is defective upon receipt

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preference

  • Opened or used products

  • Incorrect orders made by the customer


DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged and appears to be the fault of the carrier, we strongly recommend refusing the package at delivery.

If you are unable to refuse it, you must ensure that the damage is noted on the carrier’s delivery slip. This is required for Protein Depot to file a claim.

If your product is damaged or defective:

  • Keep the product

  • Keep all original packaging

  • Contact us with clear photos of the issue

Failure to provide proper documentation may result in refusal of the claim.


RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, you must contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

  • Photos showing the damage or defect

  • A description of the issue

Returns must not be sent without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


RETURNABLE ITEMS

Eligible items include:

  • Products damaged by the carrier

  • Products defective upon receipt


REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary

  • Contact your bank, as delays can occur

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed defective product.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

All clearance items and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges.

If your product is damaged or defective, you must follow the return process and place a new order if needed.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Protein Depot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping information and the security of the delivery location.


GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
